I offer staff wellbeing support and guidance to ensure that the mental health of yourself and your colleagues is safeguarded and that any negative long-term impact from this current pandemic is minimised.
I will help you through this crisis with simple, easy to access online (Zoom or Skype) Mindfulness and Well-being Services:
Group and Individual Well-being sessions are available to access from Monday 4 May 2020.
These hourly sessions:
