Your leader will select a speaker for the team, who will share a brief summary of what was discussed.
Make sure that all voices are heard - consciously include all members of the team!
Each team will discuss the area of Manager’s Responsibility relating to the room number assigned.
So, for example, if you are in room 1, your team will discuss Recruiting and Interview.
Discuss ways to enhance the experience of disabled and neurodiverse candidates/colleagues in relation to your assigned number and give an example of what good looks like.
